Update on concerns regarding scrap vehicles

Dear Residents, 

I would just like to acknowledge the concerns that have been raised regarding scrap and abandoned vehicles within the area, particularly the impact that are having on available parking and the wider community.

I want to reassure you that we are actively working on these issues, and appropriate checks are being carried out in line with local authority and police procedures. Where vehicles are found to be in breach of regulations, the relevant action will be taken to address the situation.

I understand the frustration that reduced parking availability can cause and i appreciate your patience whilst we deal with these matters.

Community reports play an important role in helping us understand your problems and work to resolve them, and i would like to thank those who have taken the time to raise their concern.
